Wordless Wednesday!

Errol Flynn as Captain Blood

Don't mess with this guy!

  1. Wednesday, May 11th,
    "Morning, MaryLu."
More neat photos !!! Errol Flynn sure looked and played the part, eh ! He had such a regal stature about him. And the black-and-white makes the picture appear more authentic somehow.
And, no, I wouldn't want to mess with the guy below ... he's scary looking ! Most intent ... on having things go 'his way' !
Thanks for sharing. (And "still" remaining ever hopeful ... that you will return to those "pirate-story-writing roots" ... one day. I for one, greatly miss the -- swashbuckling, high-sea, pirate adventures !)
    Thanks for sharing, MaryLu.
    Take care, and, God Bless,
    In Him, Brenda Hurley

  2. Boy! Talk about opposites! Nice pics, Cap'n. Thanks for sharing. I need to find Captain Blood and watch it. It sounds very good. I started reading the book awhile back, but never got around to finishing it.
Well, I guess I better get back up into the crow's nest, in case this scoundrel tries to take yer ship!

  3. Errol Flynn....{deep dramatic sigh}!
My m-i-l just told me about a box of boxes she received and put in our suitcase to ship to Jamaica. You are to awesome! Thank you so very much for your thinking about my ladies and I over here....they're gonna be so excited!

  4. Love the first one! Very handsome.

    As for the second one...
...definitely wouldn't even go near him!

    Nice pictures...or interesting, at least!

  5. Thanks Brenda. Yes.. I love Captain Blood. Errol Flynn does a great job. The book is awesome. And yes, I'd LOVE to get back to writing some pirate stories. I'm seriously considering it after my contracts are up.
Yes, back to the crow's nest, Chaplain Debbie! And take the book Captain Blood with you so you can finish it.
Your'e welcome for the books.. Maria. I hope everyone enjoys them.
Thanks Abigail.. no, I wouldn't approach the 2nd one either. But Errol.. well, he can sail my ship anytime. :-)

  6. You're welcome, Maria. I pray the ladies enjoy the stories! And yes..Errol Flynn.. he was quite the stud in his day. :-)
